Terms of Service

By accessing or using RespondEngage you confirm that you can form a binding contract and that you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

RespondEngage is an audience-intelligence tool for YouTube creators. It ingests comments from a connected YouTube channel, classifies them (intent, sentiment, priority and risk), surfaces insights, and suggests replies that you can review, edit, post — or, if you choose, have posted automatically on your behalf.

You must sign in with a valid account and may connect only YouTube channels that you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

RespondEngage uses YouTube API Services. By using it you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). You grant RespondEngage permission to read your channel's comments and metadata and, using the youtube.force-ssl scope, to post, edit or delete replies on your behalf when you initiate or enable that action. You can revoke this access at any time via your Google Account permissions (https://myaccount.google.com/permissions).

Reply suggestions and classifications are generated by automated systems and may be inaccurate or inappropriate. They are suggestions only. You are solely responsible for any reply that is published to your channel, including replies published through automation that you enable. Review your automation settings carefully.

You agree not to:

• use RespondEngage to violate the YouTube Terms of Service or Developer Policies, or any applicable law;
• post spam, harassment, hate speech or other prohibited content;
• attempt to access channels or data you are not authorized to access;
• interfere with or disrupt the service or attempt to circumvent its limits.

RespondEngage is offered on an evolving basis and may be in beta. We may add, change or remove features, and may suspend or limit the service, at any time. We may also impose usage limits to protect the service and to stay within third-party API quotas.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that classifications and suggestions will be accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RespondEngage and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue or profits, arising out of your use of the service.

You may stop using RespondEngage and disconnect your channel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the service or other users. On termination we handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
