Loved the video! Which microphone do you use? Thinking about buying one to start my own channel.
Ready reply — in your voice
Thanks, Marcos! That's the AT2020 — the same one I show at 4:32 in the video. For getting started it's unbeatable for the price; I left a link with a coupon in the description. Let me know when your channel is live! 🎙️
The problem
The comment queue never stops growing
The answer is not to reply blindly. It is to know what needs attention and prepare the queue.
First hours
are when the video's conversation is happening
Questions, reactions, and criticism arrive together. Replying days later still helps, but the conversation has already lost the launch's momentum.
turn into hours away from the next video
Even at just two minutes per reply, that is over three hours that do not go into scripting, filming, and editing.
Copy-paste
the same "Thanks! 🙏" does not keep up with the conversation
Your audience can tell when a reply does not engage with what they wrote.
What you gain
The time — and the conversations — you get back
The newest video gets priority
The newest comments move to the front, already contextualized and prioritized. You find what deserves a reply while the conversation is still happening.
Your hours back
The AI prepares drafts that need attention; you review and approve. The hours that went to the comment box go back to your next video.
Comments become community — and ideas
Replies use the available context and sound like you. Recurring themes also become a report of content and product ideas.
Who it's for
Built for creators who get more comments than they can keep up with

Your voice, for real
The reply can use what you said in the video
RespondEngage combines the available transcript with your previous replies, style memories, and link library. That lets a draft cite the relevant part of the video instead of replying without context.

Does this setup work for beginners or do I need a capture card?
Generic AI
Great question! Check the video description, everything's there 😉
Didn't watch the video — pushes the fan to the description
RespondEngage
It does! In this video I recorded everything without a card, just OBS — I show it at 7:40. You only need a card for console capture. What's your setup today?
Cites the exact minute in the video and ends by inviting conversation
Safety by mechanism
The Reviewer: the second AI that blocks embarrassments
Before reaching you, every draft passes through an independent reviewing AI with the same context available to the generator. When it detects an invented fact, a promise you never made, or a link that did not come from you, the Reviewer rejects the draft and requests a new version.
First AI's draft
"I'll make a whole video about this soon! Meanwhile, model X solves it — grab the promo that's running."
The Reviewer checks
- Does the fact exist in the video or your data?
- No promises made in your name?
- Did the link or coupon come from your base?
- "I'll make a video soon" — a promise you never made → rejected and rewritten
Prioritization + insights
What needs attention rises to the top
Comments are organized by intent, sentiment, priority, and risk. Questions, opportunities, and sensitive criticism appear first; simple praise can move in batches. Recurring themes also become content ideas.
"Where do I buy the kit you used?"
Purchase · top"We're from brand X, want to partner up?"
Partnership"Product arrived broken, I feel cheated"
Risk · held"best video 🔥" + other similar praise
Batched
And it becomes an ideas report
Autopilot with brakes
Automatic sending per video, with a daily limit and a minimum quality score. Comments classified as high risk are never published on their own.
Your links, at the right moment
Add affiliate links, coupons, and frequent answers. When someone asks "where can I buy it?", RespondEngage detects the opportunity and prepares a reply with a link you supplied.
Why RespondEngage
The obvious choice once you compare
Studio can suggest replies. RespondEngage adds video context, your links, independent review, and a prioritized queue in one workflow.

How it works
Connect your channel
Sign in with the channel's Google account, through the official YouTube API. We request access to read your channel's videos and comments, classify them, and create reply suggestions; we only post, edit, or delete replies when you authorize that action. Your password never reaches us, and access is revocable at any time.
The AI learns your voice
It uses your channel persona, the replies you've already written, and the video transcript when available — to write the way you would.
Review and publish
Comments that need attention arrive classified and prioritized, with a ready reply. Edit if you want, approve, and publish without leaving the screen.
Turn on autopilot, on the paid plans
Pick the videos, set a daily limit, and let praise and simple questions be answered on their own. High risk always waits for you.
Connect your channel and prioritize the video you just published.
You can still start free, no card.
Plans that grow with the channel
You only use your allowance when AI sends a reply. Import and analyze comments without using your plan. Choose the model you prefer and see its monthly estimate before activating it.

| Access to the most advanced AI models |
The free plan needs no card. Quantities are estimates rounded down for the default model, which offers the highest volume; if you choose another model, the app shows the adjusted estimate before the change. Generating and discarding many drafts can also pause new generations for the month. Importing and analysis do not deduct from your allowance, and writing a reply by hand remains available. Cancel anytime.
Newsroom, brand, or agency?
A channel network, newsroom, or agency with volume above Scale: we build you a plan.
Security
Your channel, under your control
You hand a tool your channel — so we treat that with the care you'd expect.
Official YouTube sign-in
Connected through Google's API (OAuth). Your password never touches us, and you can revoke access anytime.
You define what may publish
By default, every reply waits for your approval. If you turn on auto-send, it only applies to the videos and rules you set.
A second AI reviews every draft
If the Reviewer detects an invented fact, a promise you never made, or a link that is not yours, the draft is rejected and rewritten before it reaches you.
Rechecked data and scheduled deletion
Stored comments are rechecked on YouTube at least every 30 days. Disconnecting schedules your data for deletion after a 14-day grace period.
From the makers
Why we built RespondEngage
Every creator knows the cruel math of comments: the better a video does, the harder it is to keep up with the conversation in its first hours. That is exactly where questions, ideas for future videos, and the people who sustain the community show up.
That is why we built a reply assistant that prioritizes the newest video, uses the channel's context, and prepares everything for your review — automating is a further choice, on the paid plans. It is the product we wanted for our own channels.

Frequently asked questions
Won't the replies sound like a bot wrote them?
The AI uses the transcript when available, your channel persona, and the replies you've already given to prepare text specific to the comment. You can edit before publishing. Editing changes only that reply; on plans with customization, teaching an instruction is a separate action that guides future drafts.
What if the AI says something wrong in my name?
The Reviewer, a second independent AI, checks every draft before you see it and requests a new version when it identifies a serious problem, such as an invented fact, a promise in your name, or a link you did not provide. Comments classified as high risk stay out of auto-send and wait for your decision. Still, no AI is infallible on niche details or opinion, so you have the final say: review before publishing or restrict auto-send to the videos, limits, and minimum score you choose. When something slips, correct the reply and teach an instruction to guide future drafts.
Do I lose control over what gets published?
No. By default, nothing is published without your approval. Autopilot is optional: you enable it video by video, set a daily limit and a minimum quality score, and turn it off whenever you want.
How is this different from YouTube Studio's own reply suggestions?
For eligible creators, YouTube Studio may offer AI reply suggestions adapted to their tone and style. RespondEngage differs in the complete workflow: it uses the available transcript and your link library, runs drafts through the Reviewer, prioritizes the queue by intent and risk, and groups recurring themes into reports.
Does YouTube allow this?
Yes. RespondEngage uses the official YouTube API and publishes from your own account, with the authorization you grant at Google sign-in. You can revoke that access at any time, straight from your Google account.
How is the plan metered?
By AI replies sent per month. Importing and analyzing comments does not use the allowance. The advertised quantity is the maximum with the default model; premium models you select use more per reply, and the app shows the adjusted total before the change. When the reply or draft-generation balance is spent, new AI replies pause until next month or until you upgrade. Hand-written replies remain available.
Is there a free plan? Do I need a card?
Yes. You start on the free plan, no card, and can watch the product work on your channel. When you need more replies or features such as auto-send and customization, you move up a plan.
Does it work for Portuguese-language channels?
Yes. RespondEngage was born in Portuguese, built for Brazilian creators, and prepares a reply in the comment's language.
What happens to my channel's data?
While a channel is connected, we recheck stored comments on YouTube at least every 30 days. If a comment disappears from YouTube, we remove its text and author identity on the next check. Disconnecting schedules the channel's data for deletion after 14 days; you can also request immediate deletion.
Your audience is already in the comments.
Connect your channel. RespondEngage prioritizes the newest video and prepares the queue while you create.
